Once you choose which properties you want to view, we will organise a viewing itinerary for you and can help you to organise accommodation. We aim to make the whole process of your search for your dream home in France, as effective, smooth and enjoyable as possible.

It can help to have your finances organised prior to making an offer, it saves time and puts you in a strong position for negotiation if everything is ready to go ahead.

We can provide you with a comparison portfolio of similar properties so that you can ascertain and be comfortable with the valuation we have established. Our valuation service is free on the understanding that you are going to sell your property and are wanting us to list your property for sale and find a buyer for you. The estimated value and the location of the property remain confidential, and are only disclosed to buyers with a real interest in purchasing.
